IPGKPP

In 1992, British built 2 colleges in Malaya. The first college was in Kota Bharu, Kelantan, called Kota Bharu Teacher’s Training College. The second college was in Penang, called Penang Teacher’s Training College. Kota Bharu Teacher’s Training College was closed and the student teachers moved to Penang. Then, Penang Teacher’s Training College   (PTC) became Malayan Teacher’s Training College. Later, this college was known as Maktab Perguruan Persekutuan (MPPB) ,  which i s  now Institut Pendidikan Guru Kampus Pulau Pinang (IPGKPP).     IPGKPP is located at Combee Hills, in a beautiful valley and surrounded by big and tall trees.The trees are old ,  as over  a  hundred  years .   This institute   is located near  Georgetown which is the capital of Pulau Pinang.
